QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4+ years of leadership experience in order fulfillment, transportation, and/or warehouse management operations, preferably in a food production setting.
• Well-versed in Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement, project management.
• Proficiency with Google apps (Gmail, drive, spreadsheets, etc.)
• Experience using large databases and e-commerce frameworks like Magento and OnFleet
• Ability to look around corners to anticipate problems before they arise, with a proactive approach to innovation
• Proven ability to effectively motivate and manage a high-performing team
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
• Excitement for working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of ambiguity and change

• Lead daily operations with full accountability, driving teams to hit targets while improving efficiency.
• Partner with Customer Experience, Engineering, and Product to streamline processes, reduce errors, and maximize productivity.
• Oversee multiple complex projects, ensuring strong prioritization, planning, and task delegation.
• Champion continuous improvement across safety, quality, cost, and delivery while scaling warehouse capabilities.
• Build and sustain high-performance operations in a hyper-growth environment, engaging and motivating teams to deliver accurate, on-time orders.
• Establish and optimize processes for core warehouse functions (receiving, shipping, distribution) to ensure consistent, high productivity.
