Job Description

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent.
College preferred.
Strong organizational and customer service skills.
Must be knowledgeable regarding applicable local, state, and federal regulations related to the hiring process and employment.
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to work as a team while focusing on details.
Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of claims specialist work.

REQUIREMENTS:

Motivated leaders who are willing to roll-up their sleeves and work alongside the employees
At least 3 years of progressive management experience
Operations, Airline or Hospitality experience required.
Willingness and ability to relocate if currently living outside of West Palm Beach area.
Excellent communication skills
Strong computer skills; Word, Excel, data entry skills
Flexibility, multitasking and experience working in a changing environment

Job Details
Pay Range
$74,880.00 - $74,880.00 / year
