• A reputed marine services company is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead cargo lashing, sea-fastening, industrial packaging, VCI preservation, and cargo-securing projects. The role includes conducting site assessments, planning manpower and materials, supervising execution, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring compliance with approved method statements, safety requirements, specifications, and project schedules. Candidates should have strong operational experience within marine services, shipping, ports, Oil & Gas, heavy industry, or project cargo. Proven leadership, technical problem-solving, cost control, subcontractor management, documentation, and client-coordination skills are essential. The successful candidate must be hands-on, safety-focused, and capable of managing multiple projects independently.
