L&P Global Security is a trusted partner for schools, businesses, and government agencies across Texas. With our expanding footprint, we are seeking a Senior Operations Manager in Houston to lead operations and deliver excellence across multiple client sites.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience as an Operations Manager in a security services company (minimum 3–5 years).
• Experience managing multiple contracts/sites simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and client-facing communication skills.
• Proven ability to write clear reports and communicate effectively with senior management.
• Knowledge of Texas DPS regulations and security industry compliance.
• Must be based in Houston or willing to relocate.

ROLE OVERVIEW

This position will oversee Houston-area operations, managing site supervisors and field personnel while ensuring consistent service delivery. The Senior Operations Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for local clients, handling escalations, building relationships, and ensuring compliance with both client expectations and company standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage operations across multiple client accounts in the Greater Houston area.
• Supervise, coach, and develop site supervisors and security officers.
• Establish and maintain professional, long-term client relationships.
• Perform regular site visits, evaluations, and inspections to maintain service quality.
• Deliver clear, timely, and professional reports to clients and management.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and emergency response planning.
• Work closely with headquarters to align Houston operations with company goals.
