REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be a US or Australian citizen
• Must Possess an active US Top Secret/SCI w/ Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance.
• Must have a minimum of a BA/BS, from an accredited institution, in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Must have a minimum of ten years of significant experience in operations management with proven leadership skills.
• Must have a minimum of five years of supervisory experience.
• Must have a deep understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing, etc.
• Must have strong strategic and performance management skills.

In the role of Senior Operations Manager, your duties will include:

• Oversees daily activities across functions, managing department heads.
• Implements operational policies to promote efficiency and positive culture.
• Analyzes and improves organizational processes, and works to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Engages with senior management and stakeholders to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
• Implements and maintains quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards.
• Ensures clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.
