As our commitment to growth and continued customer satisfaction is steadfast, we have identified a requirement to appoint an Operations Manager as we take on a significant new customer.
SUMMARY
The Operations Manager will work with Senior Management Team, reviewing the current processes and procedures in place across the operation to include manufacturing, warehouse, transport and maintenance. As a people driven man-manager, they will be able to get ‘under the skin’ of the operation, understand the areas that are working well and those which could benefit from potential enhancements.
The successful applicant will have an operational background within chilled or frozen food manufacturing, will have experience of performing deep dive operational reviews and working closely alongside the board, assisting with executing operational enhancements as agreed.
