This is a high-impact leadership role where you will not only manage a successful, high-volume account but also architect its future. You will own a critical client relationship, lead a team of high-performing recruitment experts, and drive the operational strategy for a program delivering approximately 1,000 hires annually. You will be the primary strategic partner for our client’s key stakeholders, collaborating closely with their internal Talent Acquisition and Global Business Services (GBS) teams to deliver an integrated and best-in-class talent solution.
What You’ll Do: Your Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and empower a team of 8 seasoned Talent Acquisition professionals, cultivating a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous development.
  • Act as the ultimate point of accountability for team delivery, setting clear goals and fostering an environment where your team can thrive.

Client Partnership & Stakeholder Management

  • Own and cultivate the C-level and senior stakeholder relationships with our client in Germany, acting as a trusted strategic advisor on all talent-related matters.
  • Build deep-seated partnerships to ensure strategic alignment, exceptional satisfaction, and the long-term success of the program.

Operational Excellence & Performance Management

  • Champion operational excellence across the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring all contractual KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and exceeded.
  • Master the data narrative: Drive performance through rigorous KPI management, delivering insightful reports and accurate quarterly forecasts to both client and internal leadership.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for service or delivery issues, ensuring swift, strategic, and effective resolution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategic Growth

  • Architect a seamless, integrated talent ecosystem by collaborating closely with the client’s internal TA teams and their Global Business Services (GBS) hub in Budapest.
  • Chart the future: Develop and execute a forward-thinking strategy to evolve the service, expanding the program’s footprint beyond Germany to support the client’s broader EMEA talent agenda.
  • Manage concurrent projects aimed at process improvement, technology adoption, and enhanced service delivery.
