Act as the voice of operational reality in product discussions. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management or product operations. At least 2 years of experience in healthcare, clinical content, or regulated industries. Experience with project management tools and creating operational workflows. Strong data-driven approach to operations and metric development. Excellent written communication skills. Background in pharmacy or clinical informatics is a plus.
