As the primary operational support to senior leadership, your insights will guide decision-making at the executive level. With a blend of strategic planning and operational execution, you will play a key role in achieving business objectives. \n Accountabilities Act as the primary operational extension to senior leadership. Drive priorities and manage execution on commercial initiatives. Collect, analyze, and prepare materials for executive reporting. Own reporting and analytics for Sales Operations functions. Analyze large data sets to identify business trends. Partner closely with the Salesforce Manager to define reporting requirements. Proactively identify data trends and opportunities within performance metrics. Drive commercial reporting and forecast cadences. Ensure disciplined and repeatable forecasting processes. Support sales enablement efforts and documentation. Requirements 5–7+ years of experience in Commercial Operations or Sales Operations. Strong background in sales reporting, analytics, and forecasting. Salesforce Administrator (201) Certification and advanced Salesforce experience. Proven strategic partnership experience with senior leadership. Experience managing or mentoring team members. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
