Responsibilities

OUR PURPOSE

At United for Care, we’re reimagining supported living through our unique Vertical Villages, tailored apartment-style accommodation combined with 24/7 care. We build safe, empowering spaces for people with disability to live with choice, dignity, and freedom.
We’re seeking a strong clinical and operational leader with deep experience in psychosocial disability, mental health, or trauma-informed care. Nursing experience is highly valued, but success in this role will come from your ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and support participants with complex mental health and psychosocial needs across multiple sites.
You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, guide practice improvements, and drive person-centred outcomes by blending clinical expertise with strong leadership.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Oversee delivery of person-centred care across psychosocial, trauma-informed, SIL, SDA, and high physical support environments
  • Lead and mentor Service Leaders and frontline teams, building capability to support complex psychosocial and mental health needs
  • Apply clinical and mental health expertise to guide practice, support complex behaviours, and ensure safe care delivery
  • Drive service performance, quality, compliance, and budgetary oversight
  • Collaborate with Property, Rostering, Client Success and Clinical teams to optimise services
  • Ensure effective participant onboarding, NDIS funding compliance, and service outcomes
