Sunnyfield is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Managers to provide strategic and operational leadership across our Shared Living services in North Sydney. This is a senior, influential role focused on uplifting practice, strengthening performance, and supporting sustainable growth — without the day‑to‑day responsibility of managing a house portfolio. Working closely with the Regional Business Manager, you will support and coach Operations Managers and Home & Lifestyle Leaders, embedding high‑quality, person‑led, and evidence‑based practice across the region. About the role As Senior Operations Manager, you will: Provide region‑wide operational leadership across Shared Living services Drive consistent, high‑quality, person‑led and trauma‑informed practice Support the delivery of the Regional Business Plan and key performance outcomes Lead or support new service establishment, growth, and change initiatives Coach and mentor Operations Managers to strengthen leadership capability and accountability Partner across Sunnyfield to improve client experience, workforce engagement, quality, and financial sustainability Based in North Sydney, this role blends local support with flexible work. You’ll be supporting our Northern Sydney services, with regular onsite days as part of your hybrid schedule. Key responsibilities Champion Sunnyfield’s vision, values, and “One Sunnyfield” culture Partner with regional leaders to monitor and uplift operational performance Lead practice improvement using data, feedback, and incident trends Support complex client matters, service reviews, and funding alignment Build strong relationships with clients, families, guardians, and external stakeholders Strengthen workforce capability, stability, and succession Oversee quality, safeguarding, risk, and compliance requirements Support financial performance, roster alignment, and funding sustainability Lead change management for systems, rostering, and service delivery models About you You are a confident, values‑led leader with experience operating in regulated community or disability services environments. You bring: Experience leading and coaching operational leaders Strong understanding of person‑centred, rights‑based disability practice Ability to influence practice and performance without direct line control Sound judgement in managing risk, quality, and complex stakeholder issues Financial and workforce acumen, including rostering and funding alignment A collaborative, solutions‑focused leadership style Comfort working with data, systems, and continuous improvement Experience in disability services, aged care, mental health, or other regulated human services will be highly regarded. Qualifications & requirements Qualifications in community services, leadership, health, or business Experience working in a regulated service environment NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children and Criminal Record Checks COVID‑19 vaccination Applications close 5pm Friday 13th March 2026
