Job Description XP Power’s Philippines team is rapidly expanding, with over 70 employees across Engineering, Finance and Business Systems, and ambitious plans for further growth. We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to act as the country leader, ensuring a world-class infrastructure and employee experience for both office-based and remote colleagues. This is a pivotal role, providing operational leadership and coordination across all functions. You will drive consistency, efficiency, and compliance, enabling our teams to deliver at their best as we scale our presence in the region. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Culture Serve as the country/site leader, championing a supportive, collaborative, and high-performance culture. Foster alignment and cooperation across all local teams and functions. Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues, ensuring effective resolution and continuous improvement. Facilities & Administration Oversee office administration, facilities management, and logistics, including import/export, customs, procurement, and vendor management. Manage purchase requisitions, invoicing, customs documentation, and other administrative processes. Coordinate office maintenance, equipment inventory, cleaning services, and ad-hoc operational needs. Maintain office supplies inventory and manage ordering processes. Compliance & Regulatory Ensure compliance with local EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) regulations and XP Power’s global standards. Represent XP Power to government agencies and regulatory bodies, ensuring all statutory requirements are met. Lead the renewal of tenancy agreements, building permits, and licenses. Employee Support & Engagement Support employees with travel and visitor arrangements, including visas, flights, accommodation, and transportation. Collaborate with the People & Organisation Manager to design and implement engagement and retention strategies. Prepare expense reports and manage monthly reimbursements. Coordinate the implementation of local HSE programs and other corporate policies. Enhance XP Power’s employer branding in the Philippines. Qualifications Requirements: Strong leadership potential Demonstratable experience in a similar role Strong knowledge in local and regulatory requirements Excellent written and verbal English language proficiency. Proficient in MS Office Suite Highly motivated self-starter with independent decision-making ability and excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaborative skills and the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups (both local and globally) including senior management.
