Role Description The Senior Operations Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational delivery of research projects and internal processes. This role manages project workflows, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure projects are executed on schedule, within scope, and to quality standards. The Senior Operations Manager collaborates closely with research, analytics, client services, and finance teams to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and support scalable growth. The position includes monitoring performance metrics, refining operational policies, managing vendor and partner relationships, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role also contributes to strategic planning, risk management, and operational readiness for new service offerings and markets.

Qualifications

• Strong operations management skills, including process design, workflow optimization, and performance monitoring.
• Experience in project and program management, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
• Competence in data-driven decision-making, using analytics, KPIs, and dashboards to guide operational improvements.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, build stakeholder alignment, and manage vendor and partner relationships.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on accuracy and accountability.
• Background in market research, insights, consulting, or related fields is highly beneficial.
• Proven experience in a senior operations or similar leadership role, preferably in a global or distributed organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Analytics, or a related discipline; advanced degree is a plus.
• Comfort working in a remote environment, with strong self-management and digital collaboration skills.
