A PhD degree is a plus Experience: 4 to 5 years of professional experience in Operations Research or a related field OR Expertise: Advanced knowledge of OR techniques, modeling languages (e.g. Google OR Tools) and solvers (e.g. Gurobi, Highs) Programming Skills: Experience with Java. Knowledge of Python is a plus. Experience with Github workflows, containerization and cloud environments (e.g. Google Cloud, AWS) Project Mastery: A holistic approach to projects, from problem identification and business case creation to managing the full model lifecycle and maintaining production systems Behavioral Competencies: Resilience in the face of challenges, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to find simple, sustainable, and scalable solutions What`s in it for you?
