Description

Responsibilities Design and develop safety and quality management systems to support Hong Kong Transport Services (HKTS) Business Unit to achieve competitive advantage in an effective and efficiency manner Review the safety and quality management systems and programmes, including commissioning external parties, to ensure the system effectiveness, robustness and efficiency and assure that are capable to meet the current and emerging business needs Lead or support, and implement safety and quality improvement initiatives to excel the performance of HKTS Business Unit Plan, develop and implement programmes and activities to nurture a culture of safety and quality and to promote awareness in safety and quality within HKTS-BU Requirements Degree or equivalent in management or science A minimum of 5 years' relevant working experience with at least 3 years at supervisory level, preferably gained in an operating railway environment Possession of membership or registered status of a relevant discipline is preferred Knowledge in safety and quality management system models and standards such as ISO45001, ISO9001, EN13816, safety-related legislation, railway system safety, risk management, occupational safety and health management methodologies and tools Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and report-writing skills Applications You are invited to apply online via http://www.mtr.com.hk/mtr_job_en or send in your CV stating the position (with reference number) you are applying for by mail to Human Resource Management Department, MTR Corporation, G.P.O.
