You will need
Reporting directly to the Warehouse Shift Manager, the Senior Operations role plays a vital part in leading and delivering efficient, safe, and effective warehouse operations. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience, leadership capability, and a strong understanding of operational KPIs and health and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support daily warehouse operations to meet service, safety, and quality standards
• Track, report, and complete key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve productivity
• Champion and manage Health & Safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members
• Supervise and mentor a team of direct reports, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture
• Work closely with the Warehouse Shift Manager and other stakeholders to support departmental goals

✅ Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and implementation
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to work flexibly across a 7-day operational schedule
• Experience managing performance against KPIs
