At Six Flags Qiddiya City, The Senior Operator of Attraction Operations is responsible for ensuring smooth daily Rides & Attractions Operations. J O B D U T I E S COLLECTIVE ▪ Comply with the Six Flags Qiddiya’s code of conduct and ethics ▪ Promote the Six Flags Qiddiya vision, mission, values and model desired behaviors ▪ Promote Six Flags Qiddiya and spread its culture ▪ Commit to Six Flags Qiddiya’s rules and regulations ▪ Perform tasks as directed in the pursuit of the achievement of organizational goals ▪ Share with team know-how and encourage their development JOB-SPECIFIC ▪ Trains new staff as well as certifies and checks out new employees on Attractions. ▪ Under the direction of the management, may be responsible for scheduling, coaching, observing, and providing feedback on compliance to company policies such as attendance and wardrobe and grooming. ▪ Available in the area to deal with crowd control or Guest issues as well as to handle area issues as they surface. ▪ Spends time in the areas to ensure operating procedures are adhered to and always followed. ▪ Leads and assists with all opening procedures in designated areas, and ensures that the areas have been properly cleaned, inspected, and checked out in the morning before park opening. ▪ Informs of any irregularities that need to be taken care of before next day opening. ▪ Communicates any faults, safety issues or staffing problems to management. ▪ Conducts morning briefings. ▪ Support the team in all aspects of Rides & Attractions experience; managing fast pass, special requests, and VIP services as required. ▪ Enforce all park policies, procedures and maintain all Six Flags standards. ▪ Maintain consistency with department goals for quality, safety, and efficiency. ▪ Willing to work long hours in unusual or extreme weather conditions. ▪ All other duties as assigned. Education High School or above. Business Management certificates is preferred. Experience 0-2 years of operation in entertainment, theme park experience preferred but not essential. Experience explaining and enforcing policies and procedures preferred. Skills Must show strong interest in looking at operational details and work with all levels of ages, nationalities, and gender Ability to lead and train staff. Abilities to work under pressure. Good interpersonal and communication skills working with guests and staff. Professional Understanding and Communication of English (Written and Spoken). Lead in managing the Staff to deliver world class experience to all visitors to Six Flags Theme Park.
