Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Engineering Test & Technology Division has an exciting opportunity for a Senior (Level 4) or Lead (Level 5) Staff Analyst (Dept Admin Coordination) in Everett, WA.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE):

  • Level 4: 10+ or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
  • Level 5: 15+ or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
  • 8+ years of demonstrated communication skills communicating to peers, leadership, stakeholders, and customers.
  • 8+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data.
  • 8+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
  • 8+ years’ experience facilitating the meetings and presenting to senior leaders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE):

  • Bachelor’s degree or Higher an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience building positive relationships, collaborating effectively, and communicating clearly
  • Ability to clearly communicate at the Senior Executive Level.
  • Experience with program management best practices including Base Line Management, Performance Metrics, Customer Communications, Requirements Management, Supplier Management, and/or Earned Value Management, Executive Support and Preparation.
  • Experience building positive relationships, collaborating effectively, and communicating clearly.
  • Experience preparing executive level briefings and presentation material.
  • Experience with program management best practices including Base Line Management, Performance Metrics, Customer Communications, Requirements Management, Supplier Management, and/or Earned Value Management, Executive Support and Preparation.
Responsibilities
  • Leads the development, planning and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives.
  • Partners with organization leaders on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives, and initiatives.
  • Reviews and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies implementation recommendationsProvides continuous assessment of overall meeting/review architecture.
  • Analyzes and summarizes data used in the development and proposal of organizational direction (e.g., budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs).
  • Develops executive level briefings. Leads the design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.
  • Leads Staff Meetings and Review Boards.
  • Develops, coordinates, and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.
  • Leads the development and maintenance of the project schedule and budget; monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.
  • Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.
  • Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts, suppliers, partners and customers to deploy broad organizational training.
