Due to continued growth and need to expand, Elire currently is looking for a Senior Oracle Cloud ERP Lead Consultant to join our elite Oracle Cloud ERP Practice team. The ideal candidate will be a Cross-Functional Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Specialist Senior/Lead Consultant with a strong emphasis on business process consulting skills.

• 5 plus years of experience in upgrading and/or implementing Oracle EBS Financials, Workday Financials or Oracle ERP Cloud as a Functional Specialist/Consultant.
• Experience should be across multiple functional areas such as General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Project Financial Management, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Accounts Payable, or Accounts Receivables.
• Extensive experience in gathering business requirements; performing functional fit/gap analysis; presenting best practices; creating current & future process flow diagrams; performing risk analysis; recommending solutions, alternatives & workarounds
• Creating functional specs for tech team; configuring, creating testing strategies, test scenarios, & test scripts; leading all phases of the implementation/upgrade life-cycle.
• Needs to be an effective liaison between the client executive team, business analysts, and technical team. Works well with clients and other consultants.
• Able to effectively to deliver and express ideas to clients through presentations both in-person and virtually.
