We are looking for an experienced Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) with strong expertise in Oracle database design, performance tuning, high availability, and large-scale data migration initiatives. The ideal candidate must have hands-on exposure to Oracle Flexcube (Core Banking) and experience working on enterprise data migration projects, preferably within the banking and financial services domain.

You will be responsible for managing production and non-production databases, supporting data movement between legacy systems and Oracle Flexcube, ensuring security, performance, integrity, and high availability of database environments.

Key Responsibilities

Database Administration

• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Oracle databases (12c/19c/21c) in high-availability environments (RAC, Data Guard, ASM).
• Perform database performance tuning, query optimization, space management, backup/recovery planning, and disaster recovery setup.
• Manage and automate database monitoring, alerting, and health checks.

Data Migration & Flexcube Projects

• Lead end-to-end data migration execution from legacy core banking systems to Oracle Flexcube (Retail/Corporate banking).
• Work closely with Flexcube technical consultants and business SMEs to map source-to-target data definitions.
• Execute data profiling, cleansing, transformation logic (ETL), validation, and reconciliation.
• Generate data migration scripts and manage mock runs, UAT cycles, and final cutover.
