POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Oracle Fusion Cloud Sourcing and Contracts Consultant to support the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and integration of Oracle Fusion Cloud Sourcing and Procurement Contracts. This role is ideal for professionals with strong functional, technical, and project delivery experience in Oracle Cloud and public sector procurement systems.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Hands-on experience with at least 3 full-cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud Sourcing and Procurement Contracts (must-have)
  • Experience managing sourcing events (RFIs, RFQs, Auctions)
  • Strong knowledge of procurement best practices and contract management
  • Experience integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud with iSupplier Portal, Purchasing, and Oracle EBS
  • Knowledge of security roles and permissions to ensure access control and data security
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud for system integration
  • Understanding of related Oracle modules such as Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, and Supplier Qualification Management

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

  • Contract Terms Library, Clause Management, and Fulfillment
  • Supplier negotiation and evaluation process management
  • BPM rules setup for approval workflows

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Fusion Cloud enhancements: reports, interfaces, and integration

Responsibilities
  • Gather and document detailed business requirements related to sourcing and contracts
  • Configure Oracle Fusion Cloud Sourcing and Procurement Contracts modules based on business needs
  • Lead and support full lifecycle implementation activities including data migration, integration, testing, and cutover
  • Set up and optimize sourcing events (RFIs, RFQs, Auctions) and approval workflows (BPM rules)
  • Author, manage, and oversee procurement contracts, including Terms Library and Clause Management
  • Integrate Oracle Fusion Cloud with iSupplier Portal, Oracle EBS, and other modules (e.g., Purchasing, Supplier Qualification)
  • Manage user roles, access control, and security permissions
  • Develop and maintain reports, interfaces, and enhancements to support business operations
  • Provide end-user training and prepare detailed documentation according to Oracle implementation standards
  • Collaborate with project teams using Agile or Waterfall methodologies and provide regular status updates
