Job Description We are looking for a Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant with strong expertise in Time & Labour (OTL) and Absence Management to join a high-impact transformation programme. This is a hands-on, client-facing role, ideal for someone who can lead design, configuration, and delivery while guiding clients on best practices and ensuring successful adoption of Oracle HCM solutions.
