Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Engineer with deep integration expertise and hands-on experience in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). This role is both technical and collaborative, with a strong emphasis on mentoring, training, and driving best practices for the client’s internal team.
You’ll work closely with client stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and technology partners to deliver impactful solutions to our clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have a deep understanding of Senior Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), this is your opportunity to influence the digital direction of a leading foodservice technology company.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all OIC development and support requests.
  • Design, build, test, and deploy scalable, maintainable integrations using OIC.
  • Tackle and clear the existing EDI backlog by delivering effective, high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
  • Coach and mentor the client’s internal team on OIC best practices, integration patterns, and troubleshooting approaches.
  • Lead knowledge transfer sessions to build in-house capability in OIC and EDI workflows.
  • Promote the adoption of coding standards, reusable components, and process efficiencies.
  • Once the backlog is addressed, lead the development of new EDI requests and enhancements. Provide timely resolution for incidents and change requests.
  • Partner with the client’s integration and IT teams to ensure smooth operations and knowledge sharing.
