Description

Guru Hits is hiring a Senior Oracle Manufacturing Consultant (4-6 years experience) to support ERP implementation and to support ERP implementation and digital transformation projects. You will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle Fusion Manufacturing modules, working closely with production, planning, costing, and supply chain stakeholders to ensure accurate system setup, seamless process integration, and compliance with operational and manufacturing best practices. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Manufacturing modules. - Conduct requirement gathering workshops with Production, Planning, and Finance stakeholders. - Analyze business requirements and design scalable Oracle Manufacturing solutions. - Perform advanced system configuration and setups across Manufacturing & Costing modules. - Support integration between Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement, and Financial modules. - Validate manufacturing costing and accounting flows. - Review and validate data migration templates and reconciliation. - Prepare full functional documentation (BRD, FDD, Test Scripts, Setup Documents). - Lead SIT, UAT, Cutover, and Go-live activities. - Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution. - Act as client-facing lead for the Manufacturing stream. - Guide and review deliverables of junior consultants. Requirements - 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion SCM implementations. - Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Manufacturing modules including: Manufacturing/ Work Definition/ Work Execution/ Bill of Materials (BOM)/ Routings/ Inventory Management/ Cost Management - At least 2–3 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations (Manufacturing-focused). - Solid understanding of: Discrete manufacturing processes/ Production Planning/ Work Order Management/ Standard & Actual Costing/ Manufacturing accounting flows (Costing to SLA to GL) - Experience in conducting requirement gathering sessions and Fit-Gap analysis workshops. - Strong hands-on experience in system configuration, SIT, UAT, and Go-live support. - Experience in data migration activities (FBDI / ADFDI / HDL). - Exposure to OTBI and BI reporting is a plus. - Experience integrating Manufacturing with Inventory, Procurement, and Financial modules. - Ability to prepare functional documentation (BRD, FDD, Test Scripts, Setup Documents). - Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders. - Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is highly preferred. Working Conditions - Work Model: Hybrid. - Working Days: Sunday to Thursday. - Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. - Location: Based in Egypt with potential onsite assignments. - Travel: Opportunity for onsite deployment at customer sites in KSA or UAE depending on project requirements.
