Optimiza is on the lookout for a Senior Oracle Solutions Consultant specializing in HRMS to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will utilize your extensive experience with Oracle's HRMS solutions to advise, design, and implement impactful strategies tailored to our clients' needs. You will play a critical part in optimizing HR processes and systems, ensuring our clients achieve their operational objectives effectively. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of Oracle HRMS solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and objectives. Develop thorough documentation including business process designs, functional specifications, and training materials. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure solutions, and provide ongoing support for HRMS applications. Utilize best practices to streamline HR operations and enhance user experience within Oracle systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HRMS functionalities within existing workflows. Conduct training sessions and workshops to equip client teams with the necessary knowledge for effective system use. Participate in pre-sales activities and contribute to proposal development. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 4+ years of experience in Oracle HRMS solutions, with a focus on implementation and support. Thorough understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM and E-Business Suite, especially in HR-related modules. Demonstrated expertise in project management and solution design. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members. Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
