Description
The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority welcomes exceptional talent with a passion to realise the vision and mission of making the West Kowloon Cultural District a prime local and international destination for arts, culture and entertainment. (Candidate with less experience will be considered as Organisation Development Officer) (This is a fixed-term contract position of 2-year with possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance.) You will be responsible for: providing support in the work to plan, develop, coordinate and deliver all Organisation Development related projects, such as training programme, talent management, new employee orientation, staff engagement, summer internship, competency development, etc.; liaising with internal and external stakeholders to plan and coordinate the implementation of organisation development projects; providing support in the process of training needs analysis for identifying, prioritising and planning training programmes; handling external training application, including but not limited to reviewing applications, handling documentations, managing the training records; providing administrative and logistic support on programmes and events; conducting research and analysis to compile reports for recommendations on design and development of new initiatives; managing documentation and records and maintaining budgets; providing support in the procurement for external services and programmes; and performing any other duties from time to time as the Authority may reasonably direct. You should: possess a recognised university degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Training and Development, or related disciplines; possess at least 3-4 years of related Organisation Development, Learning & Development, and HR experience, preferably in sizable organisation or public organisations; demonstrate good organisation, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external stakeholders; be pleasant, mature, committed, highly organised, detail-minded and able to work independently and under pressure; be proficient in computer applications; be proficient in design and communication materials; and be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
