As a Senior Organisational Development (OD) Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact Culture & Change initiatives that strengthen Multiplex’s culture and capability. Working as part of our Learning & Culture (L&C) team, this hands-on role will see you:

  • Take on select projects in Leadership & Learning and Talent & Capability, bringing fresh thinking and cross-pollination of ideas across the team.
  • Consult with business leaders and HR teams globally, using data-driven insights to shape and refine culture initiatives.
  • Design and implement solutions, including workshops, toolkits, communications, and engagement strategies.
  • Measure impact, ensuring our initiatives create meaningful and lasting change.

This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your OD expertise in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you can see the tangible impact of your work.
Note. This is a fixed-term contract lasting for 2 years.

We are looking for an OD practitioner who is highly capable and self-sufficient, but still thrives in a collaborative and team-driven environment. Your background will include:

  • Experience & Expertise – Minimum 5 years in organisational development or a related field, with strong knowledge of workplace culture, change management, project management, talent management and applying data-driven insights.
  • Strategic & Influential Skills – Proven ability to analyse data, generate insights and translate them into action, influence stakeholders, manage resistance, and align diverse perspectives. Strong consulting, design, and facilitation capabilities.
  • Analytical & Commercial Mindset – Pragmatic, systems-thinking approach with financial acumen, including forecasting, ROI evaluation and a data-informed approach to decision making.
  • Qualifications & Delivery Focus – A relevant degree (e.g., organisational psychology or HR) and experience managing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes.

Flexibility options are available. This is a role within a global team that can be based in Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, Sydney or London.
