Betsi Cadwaladr University Health board is embarking on a long term system wide approach to developing its Culture, Leadership and Engagement. To support this work and other key organisational development priorities we are looking for someone with Organisational Development experience, specifically within Culture and Leadership specialism, who will support us in developing an organisational culture in alignment with our organisational values.
We need someone who is experienced, confident and has high level knowledge, skills and expertise in the field of Culture and Leadership. The role requires someone with a compassionate, open and inclusive approach, knowledge of the Culture & Leadership Programme, and the skills to be able to facilitate, develop relationships and support others to engage in exploring and developing culture change within a large complex organisation.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
