PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN IDEAL SENIOR ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

• Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in senior organizational development, performance management, or change management role.
• Professional certification such as ODCP, SHRM, PHR, or equivalent is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools is beneficial.

• Succession Planning: Identify and develop high-potential employees to ensure a strong pipeline for critical roles and future leadership needs.
• Training Programs: Facilitate and deliver training sessions that promote continuous learning and organizational improvement.
