At HCLTech, we are looking for an experienced Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead / SME to drive adoption, stakeholder engagement, and change governance across large-scale business and technology transformation programs.In this client-facing role, you will act as the primary OCM point of contact, shaping change strategies, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring successful adoption outcomes across complex enterprise initiatives.

• Your ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary OCM contact for assigned transformation programs and workstreams
• Define and drive OCM governance, operating models, and ways of working with customer stakeholders
• Develop and maintain program-level OCM strategies, plans, trackers, and reporting frameworks
• Conduct change impact assessments and translate findings into actionable change interventions
• Lead stakeholder engagement activities and support executive alignment
• Drive communication, training, and adoption initiatives to maximize business readiness
• Create a consistent program narrative and ensure alignment across all change-related communications
• Monitor adoption metrics, readiness indicators, risks, and success measures
• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder workshops
• Provide guidance and quality oversight to OCM practitioners working across the program
