JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to guide and execute change initiatives that maximize adoption, reduce resistance, and promote enterprise-wide awareness and alignment. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with deep experience in organizational transformation, communication, and learning enablement within complex environments.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in organizational change management or related functions.
  • Proven ability to communicate technical and complex concepts to business stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
  • Demonstrated experience using data and storytelling to craft enterprise and operational messages.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing deadlines and working across multiple project workstreams.
  • Background in strategic analysis, organizational design, and business process improvement.
  • Proficiency in change management best practices and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycles (Agile, DevOps, Lean, Iterative, Waterfall).
  • Experience with enterprise software implementations.
  • Ability to conduct learning needs analyses and translate findings into effective training plans and materials.
  • Skilled in data analytics and visualization tools.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a proactive mindset.
  • Effective decision-maker under ambiguity with a clear organizational vision.
  • Understanding of cross-functional interdependencies and the broader impact of change.
Responsibilities
  • Establish and apply structured OCM methodologies and frameworks to maximize user adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Lead and execute organizational change activities in alignment with program and project goals.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate adoption risks, issues, and stakeholder impacts.
  • Develop and implement strategic communication and enablement plans.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive learning programs and monitor enablement progress.
  • Ensure consistent enterprise understanding and use of new platforms and processes.
  • Drive execution of change marketing and messaging strategies.
  • Act as a liaison to key stakeholders to promote program visibility, secure support, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct fit-gap analyses and develop mitigation strategies for identified gaps.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth coordination across multiple workstreams.
