Leading and managing change initiatives within the organization.
Developing initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform strategies and measure the effectiveness of development programs.
Conduct regular assessments of organizational needs and adjust strategies accordingly.
Conduct skills gap analyses to identify training needs.
Conduct organizational assessments and develop strategies to address identified issues.
Monitor the process and initiate actions related to the result of the program conducted.
Establish clear metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of development programs.
Gather data from various sources, including participant feedback, pre- and post-assessment tests, and performance metrics.
Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
Use insights from data analysis to make continuous improvements to development programs.
Conduct long-term studies to assess the sustained impact of development programs on employee performance and organizational success
Create and foster a culture that values continuous learning and development.
Create and manage leadership development programs to cultivate future leaders.
Organize and facilitate workshops and seminars focused on advanced leadership skills.
Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to align people development initiatives with business goals.
Collaborate with HRBP: Identify high-potential employees and develop tailored development plans to prepare them for future leadership roles
Collaborate with DAnS Academy: Develop programs to enhance soft skills such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence.
Keep stakeholders informed about program progress, challenges, and outcomes.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
At least 4 Years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (prior leadership experience will be a plus).
Has experience with Manpower Planning (MPP)
Has solid experience in Human Resources area: dealing with user, talent & performance area
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Strong project management skills
Ability to work cross-functionally within a fast-paced
Has experience liaising with Management or stakeholders
Willing to do administrative tasks
Good Analytical skills using Excel, and/or other related tools
