Position Summary Odyssey is seeking an experienced, detail‑oriented Senior Organizational Operations Specialist to support an Air Force acquisition mission on the EB contract at Eglin AFB, Florida. This role provides high‑level administrative and operational coordination to division leadership. Responsibilities Duties include, but not limited to: • Research and prepare written communications for leadership.• Track taskers, issues, suspenses, and program initiatives.• Support program events and draft documents for senior approval.• Manage EPBs/OPBs in accordance with AF policy.• Coordinate meetings, prepare background materials, and maintain documentation.• Maintain video/online conference scheduling and setup.• Maintain rosters, org charts, directories, and personnel documents.• Assist with inspections, awards processing, and policy dissemination.• Provide workflow, process improvement, and manpower support.• Perform timekeeper duties (e.g., ATAAPS). Added Responsibilities• DTS Support: Navigate DTS to update travel orders, itineraries, and arrangements on behalf of leadership.• Additional Duty Management: Maintain and update the additional duty roster; prepare, coordinate, and track appointment/delegation letters.• Awards Program Management: Review and refine award write‑ups; schedule board reviews; ensure timely submissions.• OPB Management: Review and refine OPB write‑ups; manage OPB review scheduling and suspense‑driven submissions. Qualifications Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Minimum Required Qualifications Clearance: Must have a current Secret clearance and be ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance Education: Associates + 10 years relevant experience OR Bachelors + 7 years relevant experience OR Masters + 5 years relevant experience Preferred Qualifications Clearance: Current Top Secret Education: Bachelors Years of experience: 10 Years Interpersonal Skills • Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills.• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.• Experience supporting senior leadership in Government or military settings.
