Your mission Euroleague Basketball is looking for a Senior OTT Manager to support and scale EuroLeague TV, the official direct-to-consumer streaming platform of Europe’s premier basketball competitions This role will cover key responsibilities including day-to-day operations, platform delivery, and performance optimization. Acting as the bridge between strategy and execution, the Senior OTT Manager will ensure EuroLeague TV continues to scale efficiently across key areas including platform experience, performance, marketing, content, and monetization. The role collaborates closely with internal teams (Content, Digital Products, Commercial, Strategy and Technology) and external partners (Deltatre, IMG, Sportradar, SPALK and rights holders). Responsibilities Own the day-to-day operations of EuroLeague TV across web, mobile, and connected TV platforms Lead remote commentary operations, ensuring smooth daily execution and coordination Ensure platform performance, stability, and UX quality, proactively identifying and resolving issues Monitor and optimize key KPIs (acquisition, conversion, churn, engagement, and revenue) Execute growth and retention initiatives in collaboration with Paid Media and CRM teams Support monetization initiatives, including pricing, promotional offers, new packages and upsell features Collaborate with Digital & Technology Unit on product roadmap & features Manage day-to-day relationships with key stakeholders & partners ensuring efficient delivery Identify, build and execute marketing initiatives to grow market awareness and conversion, including strategic and affiliation partnerships Assist Head of OTT in delivering performance reports and actionable insights for senior stakeholders Your profile 3+ years’ experience in OTT, digital platforms, or subscription-based products Strong experience in product operations and delivery Familiarity with streaming ecosystems and tools (e.g., Jira, Braze, Stripe, Cleeng) Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing performance metrics Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment Fluent in English. Spanish or other European languages are a plus Why us?
