The Role As an Outbound Sales Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You’ll identify opportunities, spark meaningful conversations, and guide decision-makers toward solutions that elevate their operations. This is a high-impact opportunity for a quota-carrying sales professional who’s passionate about fintech, excited by innovation, and ready to build strong partnerships across RIAs, family offices, and private banks. What You’ll Do Proactively identify and engage potential customers through cold outreach, email campaigns, and social selling. Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for the sales team. Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and target segments. Maintain accurate records in the CRM and report on outreach performance. Stay current on product updates and industry trends to speak with authority and insight. Represent our brand with warmth, professionalism, and a deep understanding of customer needs. Who You Are 3-5 years of outbound sales or business development experience, ideally in SaaS or fintech. Strong communication skills—clear, persuasive, and empathetic. Proficiency with Salesforce and other CRM tools. A self-starter mindset with a bias for action and continuous learning. Strong understanding of SaaS business models and ability to conduct impactful product demonstrations. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
