About Us We are a fast-growing vacation rental management company managing high-value, multi-million-dollar assets for sophisticated property owners. Our owners expect exceptional communication, strategic thinking, financial literacy, and proactive relationship management. The Role: The Senior Owner Account Manager is responsible for onboarding and retaining property owners. This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role focused on relationship management, proactive communication, problem diagnosis, and client retention. This role does not involve customer acquisition. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary relationship manager for property owners. Lead onboarding for all new clients, ensuring a smooth and professional transition. Conduct regular (including weekly) owner calls. Proactively manage owner concerns, diagnose issues, and coordinate with operations to resolve them. Present financial statements, performance data, and projections clearly and confidently. Build and maintain strong rapport with owners while setting appropriate boundaries. Drive customer retention through exceptional communication and follow-up. Develop and refine onboarding processes and internal systems. Create and improve workflows and automations to increase efficiency. Be available for urgent owner matters outside standard hours when needed. Requirements: Minimum 4 years in a senior relationship or account management role. Experience managing U.S.-based customers. Impeccable, high-level English (spoken and written). Clear, neutral English-speaking accent suitable for U.S. clients. Background in hospitality or service-based businesses preferred. Strong financial literacy — able to read P&L statements and understand projections. Highly numerate and comfortable discussing performance metrics. Exceptional empathy combined with strong boundaries. Outstanding follow-up discipline and communication skills. Comfortable creating processes in a startup environment. Bonus: Candidates with experience in asset management, property funds, private equity, or investment strategy relationship management will be viewed very favorably. Familiarity with managing high-net-worth investor expectations is a strong plus. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Availability by phone is required until 10:00 PM for urgent owner matters when needed.
