We’re looking for an experienced People & Organisation Business Partner to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne and play a key role in shaping our people and business strategy.  In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning people strategy with business objectives to strengthen workforce capability and drive performance. You will play a key role in delivering effective change management initiatives, supporting organisational transformation, and enabling leaders to build high-performing, engaged teams. Your typical day at DSV: Partner with DSV Air & Sea leaders to deliver impactful people outcomes across the employee lifecycle, strengthening workforce capability and creating a positive, high-performing culture Build strong, trusted relationships across the business, providing timely, commercially focused advice that supports smart decision-making Take the lead on employee and industrial relations matters, managing investigations, performance, and complex cases with confidence and fairness Be the go-to P&O partner for leaders, offering practical guidance on workforce planning, engagement, organisational effectiveness, and change initiatives Drive people strategies that power business success, including talent attraction, development, and succession planning, backed by meaningful data insights Coach and empower leaders, champion continuous learning, and play a key role in organisational change, transformation, and broader P&O initiatives This role includes occasional travel and the opportunity to collaborate across global teams and time zones.   About you: Proven experience in a People & Organisation/HR role, ideally within an agile environment and/or similar industry. Demonstrated ability to support diverse workforces (blue- and white-collar) and partner effectively with leaders at all levels. Previous experience delivering training and development programs. Influencing skills and strong communication skills. Building and maintaining relationships across a wide range of stakeholders. Ability to work independently/autonomously and take responsibility, managing the balance between local and regional/global business requirements.  Why DSV?
