Job Description We are looking for a Senior PA/QA Engineer to support the design, manufacture, and verification of spaceflight hardware. You will ensure high-quality standards are met across mechanisms and structural parts, participate in technical reviews, assess risks, and work with suppliers throughout the hardware lifecycle. Location: London On Site: 1-2 month Clearance: SC Experience Level: Senior Key Responsibilities: Establish and maintain PA/QA requirements for mechanisms and structural components. Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and technical boards for non-conformances and anomalies. Support materials, mechanical parts, and process selection, including verification and contamination control. Inspect hardware at various stages (incoming, pre-test, post-test). Work with suppliers to ensure requirements are met and resolve non-conformances. Maintain quality management systems and supporting documentation. Qualifications Required Skills: Mandatory space industry experience. 5+ years of experience in PA/QA for regulated manufacturing, preferably spaceflight. Knowledge of materials, mechanical parts, and space hardware processes. Experience in testing, verification, and reporting. Required Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent military experience. Desirable Skills: Strong documentation and quality management skills. Supplier management experience. Knowledge of spacecraft integration and assembly is advantageous. Additional Information Why join us?
