Location: LOC3148: No.1 Rongwen Road, Chang'an Town, Dongguan, Guangdong, China 组织领导包装设计项目，跟进新产品及包装变更的设计工作。制定执行包装设计时间表与流程，协调设计、研发、生产等部门协作，保障项目按时完成。与国外工程师沟通提供并确认前期包装设计方案，同时与美国研发中心开展技术沟通。绘制包装图纸，编制 BOM 表、准备 PPAP 等相关文件。支持设计及品质改善项目，协助墨西哥工厂处理包装设计相关事宜。提供团队技术培训与支持。 Lead and oversee packaging design projects, following up on design work for new products and packaging changes. Develop and implement packaging design timelines and processes, coordinate collaboration among design, R&D, production and other departments to ensure projects are completed on time. Communicate with foreign engineers to provide and confirm initial packaging design plans, and conduct technical communication with the US creative team center. Create packaging drawings, prepare BOMs, and ready related documents such as PPAP. Support design and quality improvement projects, and assist the Mexico factory with packaging design-related matters. Provide technical training and support to the team.
