FURTHER SKILLS:

• Relevant experience as graphic designer or creative artworker
• Expert skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Accuracy and attention to detail is key for this role, you should have excellent artwork skills and be used to taking projects through from initial creative brief right through to repro-ready artwork (reprographics is not part of this role)
• Experience in designing for print
• Confident manner with good people skills
• Adept at discussing design, branding and tone of voice
• Confident working independently
• Ability to work to and within deadlines and to work across multiple client accounts and projects

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years’ experience of working in a creative agency or packaging company as a Graphic Designer, Packaging Designer, Creative Artworker or similar role
• Bachelor’s Degree in Design (or equivalent work experience)

THE ROLE

In this varied role as Senior Designer you will be responsible for handling household brands for an international food company, as well as having the opportunity to work on branding and packaging design for a wide variety of packaging projects for our other customers, which can range from established brands to start-ups across food, alcoholic drinks and cosmetics markets. You will be working on packaging design projects all the way from branding and new product development to range extensions and refreshes.

SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE:

We are looking for an all-rounder with the ability to hit the ground running who is fast, accurate. The role is client facing so you will have full control of your projects from start to finish. We are looking for a confident, friendly individual comfortable with independently managing their workstream.
