POSITION SUMMARY

We’re looking for a senior-level paid ads specialist in online ad buying to join our fast-growing digital marketing agency as a full-time independent contractor in Venezuela. This is a fully remote role.

As a paid ads specialist, you’ll manage digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms for local service businesses. The platforms you will work with include:

• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Google Local Service Ads
• Microsoft Ads
• Facebook/Instagram Ads
• LinkedIn Ads

In addition to platform expertise, you should have a solid grasp of strategy, troubleshooting, A/B testing, audience targeting, user intent, and effective call-to-actions (CTAs).
You must also understand marketing funnels and how to deliver content to audiences in a remarketing/retargeting strategy.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of experience working in a digital marketing agency.
• 3+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns in a professional setting (preferred).
• Strong understanding of local service business marketing.

• Must be fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Must be legally able to work as an independent contractor in Venezuela.

• Create, manage, and optimize PPC and social ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Drive strategy and provide insights to improve agency-wide results.
• Assist leadership by providing feedback for training and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
