We are seeking a talented and dedicated Senior Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize both Google Ads (PPC) and Social Media Marketing (SMM). This role combines data-driven strategy and creative execution, helping brands build a powerful online presence across key social platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. As a core team member, you’ll oversee all aspects of our clients’ paid ad campaigns, from initial planning to ongoing optimization. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: At least 2 years managing paid ads, or 1 year in a digital agency setting.
  • Skills: Exceptional client management and communication skills; proficient in written and spoken English.

SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING (SMM) RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Campaign Creation & Strategy: Develop and execute integrated social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, including budget planning and content ideation.
  • Content Strategy: Plan and distribute engaging content in various formats, ensuring alignment with each brand’s voice and objectives.
  • Audience Insights & Optimization: Collect and analyze audience data to create comprehensive reports, refining future campaigns based on specific KPIs.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure cohesive messaging across all social platforms by collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Competitive Research: Monitor competing brands and stay informed about social media trends and tools to ensure we remain industry leaders.
  • Performance Reporting: Regularly update clients and team members on campaign progress, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize performance.

GOOGLE ADS (PPC) RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Keyword Research & Optimization: Conduct thorough keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and optimize bidding strategies, conversion rates, and calls to action to drive campaign success.
  • End-to-End Management: Lead the planning, execution, and management of PPC campaigns, ensuring that goals and timelines are met.
  • Data Analysis & Tracking: Perform data analysis using tools like Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, providing insights and actionable recommendations to enhance performance.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor keyword costs, split testing, landing page effectiveness, and cost per conversion to continually improve campaign outcomes. Provide monthly reports with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
