The Growth Agency is thrilled to announce a collaborative recruitment initiative with our client, The Moonlighters. As a rapidly expanding digital marketing agency, The Moonlighters specializes in performance marketing for 7-figure ecommerce brands, adept at transforming them into 8-figure powerhouses. We are currently seeking a dynamic and seasoned Google & Facebook Ads Growth Specialist to join their team on a full-time basis. As the Growth Specialist, you will lead and optimize a cohort of clients utilizing both Google Ads and Facebook Ads. You will be fully responsible for client management, full hands-on execution in the advertising platforms, and ownership of strategy. Everything from meetings to reporting to optimizing is handled in this position.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:

  • 5 Years Experience in Google Ads and Facebook Ads for ecommerce brands.
  • 5 Years Experience in client-facing management.
    This is a full-time remote position, and salary will be discussed at the interview stage.
