About the Role We are seeking a driven Senior Paid Dealer's Representative to join our team at RHB Bank. This role involves executing trades, managing client portfolios, driving sales and marketing initiatives, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You will play a key part in maintaining strong client relationships while supporting business growth. What you will be doing Execute trades for local and foreign retail equities clients. Conduct sales and marketing activities to acquire new clients. Manage client portfolios by providing market updates and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Promote and cross-sell the Bank’s related products to clients. Participate in branch marketing and promotional activities to ensure smooth execution of events. Review clients’ credit limits based on collateral, financial standing, and track record to minimize contra losses and manage risk effectively. Take reasonable steps to understand clients’ investment objectives, financial background, and source of funds. Ensure compliance with rules and regulations set by the Securities Commission, Bursa Malaysia, Bank Negara Malaysia, and other relevant governing bodies. What we’re looking for Degree or professional qualification in finance, business, or a related field. Strong analytical and relationship management skills. Knowledge of securities and futures industry regulations. Capital Markets and Services Representative’s License (CMSRL) is an advantage.
