REQUIREMENTS

We want to hear from people who have experience in a range of the following:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience running Google and Meta ads for eCommerce brands
  • Proven track record of growing eCommerce revenue for businesses with $1M to $15M online turnover
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of online business performance metrics
  • Confidence in building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members
  • A good understanding of market segmentation, targeting and brand positioning to differentiate brands
  • A strong understanding and experience working with other non-paid channels such as organic search, email marketing, CRM
  • Entrepreneurial mindset who will challenge the status quo
  • Bonus: Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, Bing, Pinterest or TikTok is a plus

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our new Senior Paid Media Consultant, you’ll take the lead on paid search and paid social campaigns across Google and Meta, managing client accounts with online turnovers ranging from $1M to $15M. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their business goals and use your deep knowledge of performance data to craft campaigns that scale revenue. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on data and loves mentoring others.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Plan, launch and optimise high-performing eCommerce campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Deliver in-depth performance reporting, ROI analysis and actionable insights
  • Identify key financial signals for scaling campaigns sustainably
  • Develop creative ideas to support the channel objectives aligning to the client’s brand positioning and target market
  • Collaborate directly with clients to build strong, trusted relationships
  • Mentor and support junior team members to help them grow their skills
  • Stay on top of platform updates, emerging trends, and new opportunities
  • Support new business development and showcase your credibility to the BlueRock community and prospective clients
