Remote (Sydney preferred) | $90,000 – $110,000 + Super We’re partnering with a fast-growing boutique digital agency looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager to help strengthen and lead their paid media function. This is a senior hands-on role suited to someone confident in their craft — a paid media specialist who can own performance outcomes, contribute to strategy, and support the development of junior team members. You’ll work across a portfolio of ambitious brands while helping shape the agency’s paid media approach as the team continues to grow. The Role You’ll take ownership of paid media strategy and performance across a diverse portfolio of clients including product-based businesses, retail brands and high-growth companies. Key responsibilities include: Leading paid media strategy across Meta, Google and TikTok Structuring and optimising campaigns for sustainable growth Managing budget allocation and scaling decisions Developing and refining testing frameworks Analysing campaign performance and identifying growth opportunities Supporting and reviewing the work of junior paid specialists Participating in client reporting and strategic discussions This is a hands-on role with strong strategic influence, ideal for someone who enjoys both execution and shaping performance strategy. What You’ll Bring 5+ years’ experience in paid media, ideally agency-side Strong experience across Google Ads, Meta and TikTok Ads Experience managing multi-platform budgets and performance strategy Confidence analysing attribution and performance data Strong communication skills when discussing results with clients A commercially minded approach to performance marketing Ability to mentor junior team members without micromanaging You understand that performance isn’t just platform metrics — it’s about driving sustainable business growth for clients.
