POSITION OVERVIEW:

The American Association of Motorcycle Injury Lawyers (Law Tigers) is seeking a hands-on, results-driven Senior Paid Media Specialist to take full ownership of all paid advertising campaigns. This role combines strategic thinking, analytical skills, and campaign management expertise with the opportunity to drive measurable results across multiple platforms.
The Senior Paid Media Specialist will work closely with the Brand Strategist and Marketing Data Analyst to identify target audiences, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns. The ideal candidate has deep experience with paid media platforms, a creative approach to ad development, and thrives in a small, collaborative, in-office environment where their work has a direct and visible impact.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3–7+ years of paid media experience, with proven results across multiple platforms.
  • Proven experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, programmatic platforms, etc.).
  • Experience setting and managing budgets.
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Creative thinking and strategic approach to campaign development.
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Bonus: Experience contributing to budget planning or strategic marketing decisions.
Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic advertising.
  • Identify and define target audiences using demographic, behavioral, and psychographic data.
  • Create compelling ad copy and collaborate with the creative team on visuals and videos.
  • Help set advertising budgets and manage spending to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, etc.) and optimize campaigns based on data.
  • Produce regular reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Stay current with digital advertising trends, platforms, and best practices.
