Job Overview:
The Senior Paid Social Specialist will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and be a driving force behind Ding’s Paid Social strategy. This role is focused on owning, scaling, and optimizing high-impact campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other emerging social platforms to drive global customer acquisition and engagement.
This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes Paid Social, combining deep platform knowledge with a strong creative instinct and a performance mindset. You will bring fresh thinking to our social advertising efforts, using data and experimentation to unlock growth at scale. Collaboration with CRM, Creative, Data, and broader Marketing teams is key to success in this role.
You’ll have autonomy and influence, contributing to budget allocation, full-funnel social planning, and channel-specific testing that drives measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Own Paid Social strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms

  • Develop and manage full-funnel campaigns including prospecting, retargeting, and lifecycle re-engagement
  • Continuously test and optimize: creative formats, audience segments, placements, and bidding strategies
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to brief and iterate high-performing ad assets, including static, video, and UGC-style content
  • Align with CRM and Lifecycle teams to ensure channel sequencing and message alignment
  • Monitor and analyze performance across key metrics: CTR, CPA, ROAS, engagement, and LTV
  • Use insights to build and present data-driven performance reviews and actionable reports
  • Stay ahead of platform trends and algorithm changes to inform campaign structure and innovation

    • Partner with other digital marketing stakeholders (SEM, SEO, Analytics) to ensure Paid Social plays a defined and measurable role in Ding’s marketing ecosystem

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Social advertising, with a primary focus on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other social channels
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale budgets (€500k+/quarter) and driving performance outcomes (ROAS, CAC, LTV)
  • Strong understanding of audience building, first-party data usage, lookalikes, exclusions, and creative testing methodologies
  • Skilled in working with in-platform tools, GA4, Looker Studio, or other analytics dashboards
  • Proven ability to brief, test, and scale creatives tailored for different social platforms
  • Strong analytical thinking and comfort interpreting campaign data to optimize results
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator with the ability to align stakeholders across marketing and creative functions
  • Meta Blueprint and/or TikTok ad certifications are a plus
