Job Overview:
The Senior Paid Social Specialist will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and be a driving force behind Ding’s Paid Social strategy. This role is focused on owning, scaling, and optimizing high-impact campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other emerging social platforms to drive global customer acquisition and engagement.
This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes Paid Social, combining deep platform knowledge with a strong creative instinct and a performance mindset. You will bring fresh thinking to our social advertising efforts, using data and experimentation to unlock growth at scale. Collaboration with CRM, Creative, Data, and broader Marketing teams is key to success in this role.
You’ll have autonomy and influence, contributing to budget allocation, full-funnel social planning, and channel-specific testing that drives measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Own Paid Social strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms
Stay ahead of platform trends and algorithm changes to inform campaign structure and innovation
