Job Overview:
The Senior Paid Media Specialist will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our paid media strategy. This role requires a deep understanding of performance marketing, audience targeting, and cross-channel media execution. The Senior Paid Media Specialist will own high-budget, high-impact campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and emerging digital platforms, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth at scale.
Success in this role means being at the forefront of digital marketing innovation, leveraging data to optimize performance, and influencing broader marketing strategies. You will also be a mentor and key advisor within the marketing team, guiding best practices and fostering a test-and-learn culture to push boundaries and drive performance.
