Job Description We’re looking for a freelance Senior Paid Media Specialist with hands-on experience running campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads. You’ll support both client accounts and Act Second Ventures, helping to launch, scale, and optimize high-performing paid campaigns. This role blends strategy, execution, and reporting. You’ll own channel planning, media buying, campaign setup, optimization, and insights delivery. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and proactive—ready to build from zero and scale intelligently. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning Develop multi-platform media plans tailored to client and venture objectives (acquisition, retention, awareness). Propose media mix strategies, audience targeting, and budget allocations across platforms. Campaign Execution Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across: Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) TikTok Ads Manager Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display) Develop ad structures, naming conventions, and campaign architecture that supports testing and scalability. Optimization & Scaling Monitor performance daily and optimize bids, audiences, creatives, and placements to meet ROAS, CAC, or CPA goals. Run structured A/B tests to validate hypotheses and iterate on results. Identify opportunities for scaling campaigns based on data, trends, and performance benchmarks. Creative Collaboration Brief design and content teams on creative needs for each platform and campaign objective. Collaborate closely with copywriters and strategists to align messaging with targeting. Reporting & Insights Build weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights, highlighting learnings and growth opportunities. Communicate results clearly with both internal teams and external stakeholders (brands, clients, investors). Qualifications 3–6 years of experience managing paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads. Deep understanding of platform-specific strategies, algorithms, and audience behavior. Experience with e-commerce or DTC brands, including full-funnel performance campaigns. Strong analytical skills with ability to extract and interpret data in tools like Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Triple Whale, or similar. Ability to brief and collaborate with creative teams (designers, video editors, copywriters). Proficiency in English (mandatory). Comfortable working remotely on CET or similar time zones. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a performance marketing agency or startup environment. Familiarity with landing page CRO, post-click optimization, and Shopify-based funnels. Experience testing influencer whitelisting and user-generated content on Meta or TikTok. Google Ads certifications or TikTok Blueprint certifications are a plus.
